The girl who wanted to make a difference!

There once lived a girl named Rachel whose dream was to make a difference in the world, but she had a special place in her heart to make a difference in China. Rachel’s parents always told her to pursue her dream, but she never thought she ever could. Rachel thought, “Who am I that someone like me could ever make a difference in the world, but most importantly to her in China”. All Rachel thought of herself was a little girl who could never make a difference in China. Her parents knew that she was a little girl, but she had a big heart for people in China. Her parents told her that she is making a difference in the community, but Rachel thought that wasn’t enough. Rachel often told her parents that she would give up everything to make a difference.
As Rachel grew older she wanted to make a difference in China even more and more every day. She prayed every night that she would be able to get enough money to go and her dream got answered one day. Rachel told parents and her parents knew that this day would come. When she arrived and took a cab to her hotel along the way she saw families living in prosperity she felt that her heart had broken into one million pieces. Rachel settled herself in the hotel and she started thinking about how grateful she was to have all she has. She went to sleep and the next day she started to make friends with the people and helped them try to live better lives. She got some of them jobs to support their family. She really thought that she was making a true difference there.
Then Rachel decided to sell some of her stuff so that she could build a house and have families who don’t have a home live there. Rachel decided that she would try to get the man from each family a job. Her parents sold her stuff for her and she built a 3 story house with help of family and friends donations. As she lived there for 4 years she met an American man named Jake who was really close to her friends and he asked if he could help. He had lived there for 6 years so he said that he could get the men jobs while she cooked. And she said yes, she was sure glad that he offered to get them jobs because cooking, cleaning, and getting the men jobs was really hard for her to do at the same time. The women helped her cook and clean. While the men went looking for jobs so that one day they could support themselves and their families on their own. Rachel also really wanted to give the kids an education, but she had no time. Then one day she went out to the market and met American women named April and her boyfriend named Andrew. Rachel asked April if she would be willing to be a school teacher and she said yes. Rachel then asked Andrew if he would be willing to help Jake find jobs for the men and he also agreed.
Then one day Jake proposed to Rachel and Andrew proposed to April and they had their weddings on the same day. The families threw a big surprise party for them for everything they did for them and for having them all at their wedding. Jake, Rachel, April, and Andrew were all best friends with each other and the families, but they all felt like they were all one big family.
